I've used Winchester Insurance for the last ten or so years - from auto insurance to buying my first house & getting homeowner's. Lori & Marissa are great, helpful & when a tree came down & did some damage to my home, the claim process was quick, easy & taken care of very quickly! I can not recommend them enough!

After a decade of doing business with this company, our agent retired and Chris took over. Since Chris couldn't understand how our business works (and it isn't hard) he simply stopped responding to me, allowing our insurance to lapse. I left voicemails, sent emails which bounced (because rather Chris working to understand our business, he simply blocked my emails.) Do not trust your business here, as Chris is incompetent, and unprofessional.
