We can't say enough great things about this office, specifically Latrice, who is our fantastic State Farm Representative! She is the most diligent, detail oriented and personable agent we have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Not only does she make sure we have the perfect coverage at the best price but she went above and beyond to help us with coverage for both of our kids who do not have the best driving records. Latrice is especially approachable, patient and empathetic. We feel like valued customers here because of her easy going friendly and professional nature. She is always available by phone or email and gets back to us with answers to our many questions extremely quickly. Latrice is stellar and an indispensable member of the State Farm team!!!

This 10-star review is for a particular employee of State Farm. For some years now, "Orlando" has been our rock, our go-to person in Mr. Campbell's office. Orlando is a consummate professional. He patiently explains the minutia of all the fine print so that you walk away fully grasping what your home and car insurance are worth and what they entail. While always maintaining his professionalism, Orlando is a warm, kind, hilariously fun person to talk to. My family is lucky that he's our go-to person at Mr. Campbell's office.
