I don't believe there has ever been an instance when I called Gina or one of the other agents that I haven't gotten right in to talk with a real person. That is so gratifying. In addition, my new credit union wanted proof of auto insurance and a note on the lien holder on the declarations page. Gina not only took care of that within 15 minutes of my call, she also volunteered to upload the information directly to my credit union saving me the trouble of having to do.
