I wish I stuck with blue cross. Crappy insurance, website is horrible to navigate. Get other insurance this is horrible, doesn’t cover anything chiropractic.

Very poor cost negotiation tactics, lousy customer service, garbage useless website. Employees are just as effective.

They would hang up when told to stay on hold.

When you call for transportation they sound like they are sleepy and you can barely hear what they are saying and messing up my transportation arrangements had me sitting at the doctor's office for three hours cause they didnt call the transportation to pick me up from the doctor's office

If you desire to have a plan that is almost completely a lie filled with every loop hole you can imagine so they don’t have to provide coverage, this is the company for you. They’ll advertise moderate co-pays and full coverage and find every excuse and trick they can to decline and push the bill back to you. The website might as well not exist. They do answer the phone very quickly, but that’s the only thing working.
