American National Insurance

I have made a couple of claims for damages to my property within the last year and both were denied. The wind blew over a tree on my property and the claim for cleanup costs were denied. A sump pump in my basement malfunctioned. Within 3 months the slow leakage ruined floors and wood work. The adjuster denied the claim saying it was a long standing event. So, the insurance company says no coverage allowed. I take a strong issue with this assessment and so, this company gets a 1 star rating, or better zero if that grade was available.

Was on hold for a long time before i hung up and just googled it. I tried calling while i was in the car but then we got home before they answered
