Kurt Wicks: Allstate Insurance

Terrible insurance agency. Allstate is telling me their office has closed. They doubled my “auto-renew” policies price from year to year. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs. They are all horrible, but this agent and Allstate in general raise the bar on inadequacy.

Sarah has got to be the most helpful person I've ever worked with on a policy! When I say she went above & beyond her duties to assist & make sure that I was able to get everything the way I wanted it on my policy, needless to say I'm very happy being back at Kurt Wicks office. I feel like I came back home to where I belong & I couldn't be happier I did because this office saved me a boatload of money on my policy, very friendly & attentive to your needs & even sends out birthday e-mails! How much more can you ask for? Definitely worth the time to give a call for a quote they do work magic over there to save you money!

I have been working with this Allstate office for over two years and the customer support has been superb. The insurance products are priced well, delivered on time and correctly. All my emails, calls are promptly answered and all interactions have been very professional. Very well run and friendly business.

I truly cannot caution you enough with Allstate. I have tried to cancel my home insurance policy with them THREE times and they keep reporting they are “unsure” if they received the documents or not. They are now telling me they are sending my bill to collections despite being sent these documents starting over a month ago. Their customer service is lacking, and they are unhelpful over the phone.

If you like your insurance going up every year without a valid reason and although my driving record is exceptional this is the Allstate insurance dealer for you. Customer service promised but would not return my calls for a review of my Policy for possible savings. In addition once my policy was paid for the year, they still are charging me for withdrawing auto pay, even though I have not renewed the Policy for the upcoming year.
