AAA North Andover

I booked my trip last year through the AAA in Saugus, and this is now my second time booking at this location. Unfortunately, both experiences have been nothing but a hassle. The agent we originally booked with passed our reservations off to someone else (I understand that things come up) but it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone when we’ve needed assistance. Do not book your trips with AAA book yourself it’s less of a hassle.

In terms of customer service, this AAA location was far and away the best place in the Greater Lawrence area that I've encountered. Robert was extremely helpful, patient and persistent at helping me find the best possible arrangements for my auto insurance. I recommend him enthusiastically.

Maria Zakaki was such a sweet heart and helpful! She saw how stressed I was, and still did her best to make my experience go smoothly. I would recommend her personally to anyone I know!

The lady at the front desk at the North Andover location named Donna is extremely rude, she should not be allowed to speak to customer also don’t believe what she says , she doesn’t know what she is talking about, her information were wrong and misleading . I have to say though that there was another woman, younger in age that was very nice and helpful, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but i will never go back to this location because of Donna anyway .

On 12/6/25 truck number 101 arrived at 75 East Hollis Street Nashua New Hampshire 03060 at approximately 11:55 am. After telling the driver to move because he was blocking the main entrance and garage doors to the business, the driver refused to move and started screaming profanities. If this driver shows up at this address again he will be arrested for trespassing. Shame on AAA for allowing this driver to treat customers and business owners like this. And of course no response to any complaints. Terrible.
