Ann and the rest of the crew at MTM Brainerd are always responsive and professional. I found a couple of discrepancies on our homeowners policy due to info pulled in from a 3rd party source. Ann was able to dispute the error, saving us nearly $500 on our policy renewal. She also advised us on ways to save on our Auto renewal, saving us nearly $600. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs.

I have worked with MTM for about 5 years now and am very happy with the personal attention they pay to my account. I am by no means a large policy holder, but each time I need to contact MTM they answer all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When my daughter was involved in a terrible car crash a few years back, they were right on top of the claims process and made things very simple. Laurie, Carey, Joan and Fran are all fantastic representatives of the business and I am very glad to have found them!

New client as of June 1, 2020 This is by far the most helpful insurance company I have ever worked with. They have great customer service, they get right back to you if you need to leave a message. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Bonus, they saved me a lot of money from my other insurance company! So far so good. I would highly recommend them. What do you have to lose but higher rates with your current insurance company!

My latest transaction took place while I was away on a business trip in Colorado. The office was able to handle getting my motorcycle coverage without a problem !! That’s how it’s always been when dealing with MTM !!! Great company, great employees, and a great value for your money with the companies they offer insurance through. Always a pleasure !!!!

My experience has been great for many years, my agent Lisa is on top of everything even to call and remind my low key husband he has a payment due!! She reviews our policies frequently and makes adjustments with us when needed and I count on her attention to our many accounts . Our household has six policies with MTM, I favorably recommend them .
