i don’t even know where to start, the customer service here is terrible. we put in our claim and after that we haven’t heard a word from anyone from this insurance, every time we call they say ms Kimberly is soo busy and “ tied “ up but we’ve been calling for a week now. it’s so simple just to tell us information about the status of our claim. I’ve sent a email and etc. this is ridiculous, they need to shut this down. im a very patient person but dealing w/ mold that im allergic to … we paid yall every month on TIME.. we should get the same in return!

This company has the worse customer service ever!!! I purchased a property and used them for insurance. On 3/28 they sent a notice to replace the roof on the property in just purchased on 3/21 by 4/17 or lose coverage. I had a roofer out and he replaced the roof on 4/18. I now have to wait 7-10 business days to see if they approve my new roof. However, I wasn’t even provided 7 business days to replace a home roof. I asked if it could be expedited and was told no and the part of the company that doesn’t talk to customers. I asked for a supervisor and was told by Supervisor Selina to find another provider. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about doing business with this company to find someone else and save

Awful company. Had a hurricane come through my area 2 weeks ago, lost power for over 27 hours. Lost all of my food in a stand-up freezer. They didn't cover any of it.

Do not use them. I don’t care how cheap they are. So we were affected by hurricane Helene. And the hurricane hit us 9/27/24. My coverage was up for them on 10/5/24. They refused to give me an extension until my claim was closed. So now it’s 10/7/24 and I don’t have any coverage on my house. I am in the middle of a catastrophe and they refuse to help my family and I, keep in mind this isn’t just my home. This is a home to my mother, son, daughter, husband, my unborn child and our businesses. They are only worried about the bottom line and not peoples well being. Please keep this in mind if you are considering using them.

This is a wonderful insurance company. They are very concerned about there customers. They are always on top of things. Also they handle things in a timely manner. They immediately put us in a hotel room also took care of our food. They were very concerned about us and our well being. Thanks to American Modern Insurance Company our family is going to have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas. Words can’t describe how much we appreciate American Modern Insurance Company for everything they have done for us. Lauren was my adjuster through out the entire process and shes a wonderful person.
