I have dealt with American and Ronnie the owner for many years. I want my customers to be taken care of, and know they will. They shop for the best rates and policies, so they get the best value. Very friendly and knowledgeable when dealing with. Thanks for always taking care of me!

Have had insurance at American insurance before bought it out. That's more years than I care to share and I keep coming back. Great insurance rates and if you get to meet Ronnie. He's a great guy. However, one of his clerk's is all business and just not very friendly. Could do with a course in customer service.

I've had insurance here for almost 2 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really do their research to help you get the best price and they are one of the few companies that don't give me a hard time about wanting a 6 month or yearly, paid in full, coverage. Just paid my 6 month premium yesterday, always a happy customer!!!

I was with them for several years. For 2 years in a row they let my house insurance lapse. This year the insurance cancelled the policy. I found out when my lender sent me a letter in the mail. American Insurance did not even bother to tell me that my house was not insured for the 12 days prior to getting the letter. When I asked about it, they told me the insurance company had changed their mailing address but they had faxed them 1 time to see if they could get a new address. So if we had an accident or disaster within that time span we had no insurance and did not even know it! I finally had to go find insurance with another company. I can assure you that I moved my car insurance too. I don't like leaving bad reviews but actually consider this a warning to be careful, they will
