I paid for 6 months up front only to be charged 300 more dollars 3 months later. I canceled refusing to pay any more then got sent to collections when I did not owe them anything. Worst insurance company agency I have ever delt with. I had to give them one star but they don't even deserve that. They are crooks.
American family insurance has been the single most worse insurance company I have ever worked with. They lie consistently to both me and my wife. Horribly ran company. Horribly insurance agents. Not one employee is competent enough to do simple work.
