I have been insured with Advance Planning for 25 years. They are an outstanding agency and have always treated me as friend not just a client. If your looking for an insurance agent that will have your best interest in mind then your in luck because you have found them!
If I could rate zero I would. Little to no customer service skills. Very rude, condescending and not worth the time.
