Foundations Insurance

Edit: I did eventually get a call back. Maybe it was a rough day. I've been with Foundations Insurance for more than 15 years and they have been really good but lately they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I hope this changes soon or I guess I'll be looking for a new agent.

My agent is Leona Mitchell. I am not related or paid to do a review! I am simply 100percent satisfied. She has helped me so much with excellent and diligent customer service! I have never experienced such care from an insurance person. I really appreciate her and if you are looking for service then she should be your agent too!!

We have been with Foundation Insurance of Florida since 2018. With that being said, Chelsey has done an amazing job obtaining the best coverage for our cars and now our boat. She is prompt, professional, and very patient with our many questions and concerns. For me personally, I enjoy talking to her because she has a way of making you feel at ease. It's not just business for her. She takes her position very seriously and is passionate about providing her clients with the very best coverage.

We are extremely happy with the level of service and knowledge provided by Darron Miller at Foundations Insurance. He is one of the best brokers I have ever worked with and he is always available when we need him. You can tell that Darron truly cares about his clients because he takes the time to review, explain, and make suggestions on coverage even when it doesn't benefit him. We are thankful to have found Darron and plan to work with him indefinitely!

We appreciate and trust Foundations. They have proven themselves by finding us the best coverage and then making sure everything is going correctly. Most of our interaction has been with Gigi and we recommend her because of the hard and good work she's done for us.
