Bear River Insurance Agent -Jackson Insurance

Jacob Johnson here has been the best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He’s highly responsive when you reach out to him, I know he’s always going to find us the best rate on home or auto insurance, and I’ve recommended him to literally everyone I know whenever they say they need to change their insurance company. Along with finding us great rates, when we’ve had any fender benders I know I can give him a call to get the claim filed without any judgment - just care that everyone is doing alright and that we can get out of a crappy situation as easily as possible. Definitely give them a call if you’re looking for insurance!

Jacob has been phenomenal! We have loved years of Bear River for our cars and even when the home insurance companies made things extremely difficult by leaving the state, Jacob was super helpful in getting me all the details and options right away. Thanks for helping us figure it out even when it meant losing a policy or two! (At no fault of their own). Now that’s customer service! 10/10! Thanks Jacob!

Just wanted to leave a review of this insurance office. I’ve primarily worked with Aaron over the years and worked most recently with Mindy when we added a car to our policy. She was great! She helped me understand my policy better and made sure I knew exactly how much things would cost with the addition. This office has been great over the years. They actually saved me several hundred dollars because our previous agent office didn’t do our policy correctly. I ALWAYS recommend using them. Ask for Mindy if you need help find a good policy!

I got insurance with Bear River through Jacob Brad Johnson and he does SUCH a great job! Even though most insurance companies raise their prices every year, my prices actually went down. Also when I switched to this insurance, it cost less to insure two cars than it did with my old insurance to insure one—with the exact same coverage. Add those insanely good prices to the excellent customer service Jacob offers, and you really can’t find a better insurance agent.

UPDATE: I still love the affordability of Bear River; however, their systems seem to be old and out of date. They don’t accept credit card payments, and they can’t email you invoices, it has to be sent as a physical copy via mail which is inconvenient in today’s day and age. They are great insurance, very affordable, and always very quick to respond. They also do what’s in your best interest instead of just giving you what makes them the most money. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for any home and car insurance!
