My car was destroyed on 12/14/25 by the city plow. The plow truck dragged my car out of the driveway and down the street at 2:30 AM. It is now 1/4/26 and my car is still partially in the street and mangled. The local agent literally hung up on me because I requested a rental 3 days after this happened! I am in disbelief and shock that this is the insurance company that the city uses. People are complaining about my car and yelling at me to move it. I call every day and I don’t know what to do. This is the worst insurance company! I will say the agent I have been contacting seems very nice but he is unable to get the other parts of the situation to do their part. So almost a month later my car is still in the street!

All these reviews are from people who don't understand their policy. This carrier is only used by wholesalers. To file a claim you would contact your agent who sold you the policy

This is the worst company to do business with. I have been trying to file a bond claim since early morning today. There is no people to speak to. The receptionist refuses to communicate me with the Management, CEO, President, etc. All you can do is leave messages and Pray for good luck to receive a call back. Seems to be a GHOST company with no people working . I am going to report them to the FMSCA. I hope I never have to deal with them again

Insured vehicle blew a motor so I no longer needed insurance. Company was notified of what had happened, but still tried to withdraw monies from bank account. They continued to try until they got their money while sending my account into overdraft status. Will pursue legal path to correct this.

If I could rate 0 stars and leave a review I would. I have been waiting since April 4, 2017 for a return phone call or email regarding an accident I was in with a company who has them. Do not recommend ever doing business with them. They should not be in business.
