Our entire family has been loyal customers of Alton Smith for over 10 years. He and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt in handling all of our insurance needs. I have been dealing with Alton Smith of State Farm for many years and find the agency , very accurate ,very professional, and very knowledgeable. The staff if very pleasant, knows their stuff, always answers questions promptly and accurately.. I highly recommend this agency.

Made one claim towards my insurance and they dropped my coverage. When I called to ask why and to see if there was anything I could do to keep my insurance, Alton's answer was, "they've changed the rules and you have only been with us for 2 years. For me to appeal their answer, you would have to be with us for 3 years." Really?! One claim and the insurance payment was automatically pulled from my account each month and you no longer want my business?! That's horrible.

He and his staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! We know we are taken care of working with them!
