After a claim is approved , they will pay in 60 days . Unbelievable . So unprofessional , after waiting on a broker for payment 70 days, their whole bond process to approve it 2 weeks . Now we have to wait another 60 days for payment after they did their investigation and approved the claim . Clearly very unprofessional and thieves . A carrier is suppose to wait 5 months to get their payment on a service they did . Shameful! Would not recommend this bond company .

They are working with freight brokers. I hauled a load from Illinois to California and freight broker and bond aren’t responding. I’ve sent countless emails pics of evidence and countless things they ask for. And simply come up with another excuse. They represent SHIPPERS BEST WAY INC out of Minneapolis Minnesota. Beware freight broker and bond are scamming carriers. Stay away. And if you googled them because a broker scammed you you’ve hit a dead end. They also are no good. It sucks they are preying on hard working people. And there’s no way to get rid of these pesticides in the industry.

They don't answer calls. They are working with broker to do scam Carriers. I am trying to call them and report their broker also calling them to file a claim. There is no update from their side until now
