I have been a policy holder fot over40yrs. I. Filed a claim for the first time in June of 2020 it had not been paid
Absolutely will not answer the phone and will not respond to any messages left.
Slow getting claims processed. Takes couple days for return calls.
Answered questions only complain was had 2 wait too long .
Extremely pleased with the work of agent Chris Whitlock.
