AF Group

Every single year I used AF group was a nightmare. They always double billed me, pretending to need to audit my company of three. Though I never filed a claim even once, every year they would send me some overly complicated documents that even my accountant couldn’t fill out to their satisfaction. And every year they would reject my audit and fine me an amount equal to my annual premium. They even fined me for an audit after I’d retired, closed my business and the account. So after years of accepting my money, and never paying out a cent, they gave me the retirement gift of another audit rejection and large fine. When I protested, they threatened to take me to collections and ruin my nearly perfect credit. So if you want to feel used and taken advantage of, I’d recommend AF group highly. O

horrible communication. nothing but trouble since the data breach. not confident at all that private information has been shared. have had to stay on top of them for my treatments and doc appts. had to get higher mgmt. involved to get things moving. not happy at all with this company.

Great building and amazing people, went for a class and the only reason did not give 5 stars is because I had no Idea where to park... probably not there fault but it made me 20 min. Late for class.

Screwing me over. My agent won't talk to me. I need real help and these folks could care less. I am going to get a lawyer.

I have not received a mileage for 4 week it has become very difficult to get to my treatment an doctors visit.
