If I could give this company zero stars I would. It is quite literally the absolute worst insurance company I have ever experienced. This company is everything that is wrong with health insurance in our country. Terrible policies, terrible coverage, terrible customer service. Overall complete incompetence!

They charge way too much.they dont cover evrything that supposed to be.they put me in debt with those not covered by them.i never like giving them even 1 star

Very disorganized system. Call in and get very different responses from everyone. People can’t access notes one call and then the other they find the notes. Horrible. They won’t transfer you to anyone higher. Say they will call back and don’t. Anything to delay and deflect payment responsibility.

They hang up on me 3 times
