The worker is very nice. She's the only one working there at the moment. I got one answer after every time I called. I walked in one day she was on a personal call. Mr. T Lee is a very respectful and kind person. He was helpful and not just with my fiance but I have observed him with others. When my policy is over I will at least check with them. He is on East Broadway

They’re never open and when they are they don’t answer the phone also haven’t changed the hours because they close at 4. I’ve been having an issue with the insurance and have been calling for days with no answer apparently the lady who did my paper work did not do it properly causing the policy to cancel before the next payment was even due and i couldn’t get a hold of anyone here or in jacksonville.
