I've been a satisfied homeowners customer of state farm for many years. I recently worked with Josh A. while hunting for cheaper auto insurance. Initially I was going to use a different insurer, but Josh was able to offer a better deal with a bundle of home and auto. He was prompt in all communications, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I very much appreciated he offered additional options like life insurance, but was also respectful of my choices and not pushy when I declined. No complaints here!

I was in need of both auto and home insurance. Josh Auger, one of the team members at Lemmert State Farm Insurance Agency, reached out to me. Perfect timing. Josh was selling insurance, but not pushy. Informative, but not overwhelming. Josh allowed space within the conversation to listen to my questions/concerns and responded knowledgably. I asked for time to think about what State Farm had to offer as well as to do some shopping around. Josh supported that request and followed up with another phone call. I ultimately did choose insurance services through State Farm. Josh answered what last questions I had, walked me through the sign-up process, and helped with the cancellation process of my previous insurance policies.

I had a great experience dealing with State Farm's rep. They were extremely professional, courteous and were very proficient in knowledge on auto and home policies. In the end, I switched to State Farm after almost 30 years with my former insurance carrier. I highly recommend them!
