Action Insurance

I recently had the pleasure of working with Action Insurance, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the very first interaction, Randy and his team were incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process of getting insurance a breeze. They took all the stress away, guiding me through every step with patience and expertise. I was genuinely impressed with their attentiveness and willingness to answer all my questions. Their customer service truly stands out! I will definitely be using Action Insurance for all my car insurance needs moving forward. If anyone I know ever needs insurance, I’ll be sure to recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Action Insurance, for making this experience so positive! Five stars all the way! (If I could give 10 I would in a heart beat!!)

Black lady inside is rude and stuck up, always has been. Wish she had more respect for customers. Roll eyes and sarcastic tone is the energy she gives off is all I've ever experienced from her. Also cancelled my insurance the same month I paid

Action Insurance is awesome! Great customer service and the prices were the best in town. The office girls were friendly and extremely helpful. On top of that, they are super convenient being right next door to the revenue office. Will recommend to every one!

The African American woman in the front office was completely rude and hateful. She's the woman that sits on the right hand side of the office as soon as you walk in don't use her.

Rude lady to the right when you walk in the door. It would pay to be clear with customers about what insurance they are getting and the details of such. They give ZERO information and then belittle you and make you feel ignorant for not knowing. I don't know who else did not go to insurance school but it's not my job to know, it's your job to teach. Went from 5 stars and suggesting this location to others to one star and a big "STAY AWAY". Looks like Mr Justin Williams had the same experience with the same woman. Nice to know it wasn't just me
