Last year, I experienced a serious issue with my workers’ compensation policy through this agency. A newly hired representative was assigned to my account. When I noticed a discrepancy in billing, (overpayment) he instructed me to hold off on making my next payment until he could review it. I followed his advice, but as a result, my policy went into limbo. Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification, the policy was ultimately canceled for non-payment. When I explained that I had only followed their representative’s instructions, I was told, “he’s new and still in training.” While I understood that, the consequences of their error fell entirely on me. I was audited by my insurance provider and submitted the correct documentation. Unfortunately, I was given falsified documents, which led to my business being fined a significant amount. I reached out to Abraham at Acrisure, who assured me everything would be fine and that he would do whatever was necessary to resolve the issue, even admitting that his company was at fault. I’ve since contacted an attorney, who has advised me that the process will be lengthy, even though Acusure was in the wrong. They suck, don't answer calls, don't call back. I have been waiting months on a payment and they avoid every single attempt to contact.
