Ha! Just came here to give a 5 star review and see that's all they have is 5 star reviews. There's a reason for that! I had been with Allstate here in Jefferson City for over 7 years. I noticed over the last year or so that the customer service was in decline and I was getting much slower response times and sometime not getting a response at all and having to follow up again. As I was waiting for a reply for an auto quote recently, I decided to check around to other places. Turns out, State Farm was able to save me $2,562.67 per year for the same bundle I had with Allstate (home + 2 auto + 2 motorcycles). I needed to switch car insurance companies and State Farm was the company that gave me the same coverage and I'm paying considerably less a month, which helps the finances because we only have 1 currently. Travis and his team have been great and they are professional yet they care and that's what's important to me. We are pleased to have them for our agents.
