Donnie Brown was great to work with. When I called for an initial quote he gave me advice that saved me money on my monthly premiums. Communication was clear and prompt. I was able to get everything switched from my old policy to American Family with no issues or lapse in coverage.

We’ve had American Family homeowners insurance for a number of years but had never filed a claim. In April we experienced a large hail storm and knew a claim would be necessary. American Family reacted quickly and professionally. Jill in the local office reached out the next morning and guided us through the process. The adjuster was onsite early the following week and we had our check within 3 weeks!
