I have been with this agency a year now and just renewed my policy. The staff are knowledgeable and reliable. The women here have been great with communication and were so easy to work with. As a business owner, I highly recommend Varner Insurance!

No one likes to price or move insurance, but when we do people like Varner Insurance Agency and their representative Hailey R. Make the difference. I lowered my month rate while keeping the same coverage. Hailey was great to keep after me without being pushy or demanding (I procrastinated). I highly recommend this team and what makes it better is if I have questions/needs they are still who I talk to/interact with for all my needs!! Insurance is a mystery to me. It is essential to find a team who has the clues and the tools to solve it. Hailey has gone above and beyond to guide the process and explain the details. Just began my journey with Varner but seems we are off to a great start.

Tara's nice. The office is tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have gotten out of bed for the appointment as it was a waste of time. I'm told they use Socket internet, which is why the computer was froze most of the time I sat there. I went in to get feedback on 2 plans I had decided on, and Tara initially steered me towards a United plan that I knew I didn't even qualify for, which would have resulted in a ton of out-of-pocket costs for me. Since many Medicare plan brokers know I'm pretty damn savvy when it comes to such plans, including some at the Invictus agency that Tara knows, I think Tara recognized that, too, finally handing me an Aetna application for one of the plans I wanted in the first place, filling out her agent info on it, and telling me I could complete the re
