Steven Folen is the worst insurance agent I have ever had. His supervisor and Acrisure Agency are absolutely the worst service. I got screwed me over and made problems I never had before with my home I own of 13 years. Because of his bad service I lost my home insurance. I kept asking him to find me another insurance company and he refused. They obviously just wanted to get rid of me since I am not a big customer.
Catharine was fantastic. Great follow through. Kept me informed all along the way.
Called to get a quote on my business insurance and never received a call back or quote. Didn’t appear they wanted my business.
