When I called to get a quote, the man who answered kept making condescending remarks like he didn’t want to be bothered with us at the time. As I was walking out to get the vin number for mine and my partner’s cars, he said why don’t I call back when I’m more organized and I said I have the Vin numbers right now. I don’t know if you’re having a bad day or just don’t want to be bothered with me, but I’m ready to give you the Vin numbers and he interrupted me as I was reading them off then hung up the phone.

For YEARS I have had my personal auto and home policies with Stuart/Vogel insurance and have had the very best of service from them. I have never been treated as a burden, even when calling in half a dozen times in one day while shopping for a car, asking for estimates of insurance on various cars. We now have our business insurance with them and are very pleased with the service given. Kelli, Jordan and Xavier are the best!

I've had an excellent experience with this company. I'm new to the area and needed some slightly complicated insurance coverage. Abraham helped me find a policy when many other company's couldn't and went out of the way to explain the policy, fax it to the dmv, and let me know what I could do in the future to lower the rates once my situation got sorted out. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also just spoke with Jesse on the phone about getting some paperwork emailed to me. She was very friendly and sent me the paperwork right away. I would highly recommend this company.
