MY HUSBAND CALL TO ADD RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT TO HIS AUTO INSURANCE POLICY THIS AGENT BY THE NAME OF KRISTINA SHANER SOLD HIM A MEMBERSHIP FOR $109 CALL TIRE-HAZARD AFTER I REVIEWED IT I NOTICED THAT THE RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT WAS STILL NOT ADDED TO THE POLICY AND HE WAS SOLD A WHOLE DIFFERENT THING FROM WHAT WE INITIALLY WANTED. NOW WHEN I CALL ON THE 20th OCTOBER TO HAVE IT CANCELLED I WAS INFORMED THAT IT IS NOW CANCELLED AND I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND I ASKED THE AGENT GUY WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION AND HOW LONG THE REFUND WILL TAKE HE SAID HE SUBMITTED IT AND THEY WILL REACH OUT TO ME OR I CAN CALL BACK TO CHECK ON THE REFUND WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. I REACHED BACK OUT THE SAME WEEK AND WAS TOLD ITS SUBMITTED BY A FEMALE REP THIS TIME AND SHE WAS GONNA MESSAGE T

My bf walked in here and the lady was laughing and talking to her friend over the phone while he was standing in front her trying to inquire about a quote for insurance . No one feel like they have to have customer service experience while working anymore and I don’t like that.
