A&C Insurance and Multi Service Agency

I had the worst experience with this company I had three vehicles with insurance with them with AIC insurance company and I took two cars out of the policy and for one car they were charging me $355 for one car for one person so I decided to cancel the policy with them and they charged me $25 just to cancel the policy with them, never in my life had any insurance company charged just for cancellation they gave me the runaround for me to cancel my policy. There was no help at all. They pretending not to know any English. They kept on transferring me from agent to agent, like if they didn’t know what they were doing. They made me feel uncomfortable, and unsafe felt like they were stealing from me.

Very pleased with the service at A&C insurance agency. Everyone is so attentive and very helpful with all the questions I had. 🙂
