Great experiences with AAA through the years.We have been members for 43 years. Had a flat tire today and got exceptional service and then had the vehicle towed. Service technician found a problem with spare tire and saved us from additional problems. Two thumbs up!!

I am livid! If I could give 0 stars I would! Last month I called to inquire about obtaining auto insurance from you all and I spoke with Sergio Salazar at the Tidewater branch. U ended up not going through with the plan because the quote was higher than my current insurance plan. My mother and I share a AAA plan, and now when I tried to use roadside assistance I am told that my plan has been cancelled. I NEVER REQUESTED A POLICY CANCELLATION! we have been members for 33 years! My mother just renewed our policy too REFUND!

After almost a decade with triple a im going to have to cancel. They told me this morning they don't cover stuck vehicles. I said well you'd tow it for other reasons you can't just tow it out of this stupid parking spot? She's like no somethings gotta be wrong with it and it has to be going somewhere else. So im on my way to disconnect the starter and call em back and have it towed as far away as I can and still be in range just to waste their gd time. And it's absolutely ridiculous that the only response they give is that 'this location didn't do it'. It's your company, and your policy. Duh..not removing my honest review of your company. It'll repost it for all your locations.

Permit me to begin by saying that I am a 7-year AAA member. Shortly after 3pm yesterday, a frantic misses calls me at work. Her car won't start and she fears being late to work. We live in Holland, Virginia and I work in Virginia Beach. I promptly contact AAA to dispatch battery service to my residence. The operator makes contact with the closest tech, who then informs me he will be there by 4:30. I leave work at 4 and begin my wretched trek through the 264/ 58 corridor. I pull into my driveway at 5:20. No service truck. Wife is on the steps in tears. I cancel the dispatch before I could slam my transmission into park. I pull the battery out of her car and lug it to AutoZone in Suffolk myself where I paid more for a new battery than I would have paid AAA for one. AAA lost at least $225 ov

I recommend this facility 💯%...it's clean and the ladies in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly is awesome and very helpful and nice. They have plenty of room..not like most places here in VA Beach.Best storage place i have ever delt with.
