AAA Meridian Service Center

It is always nice to see an employee that is happy with their job. It speaks very highly for the company and that happiness rubs off on the customers. Yesterday I had a flat tire and so I called AAA for roadside assistance. I was stuck at Goodwood Barbecue. By the time I finished my dinner, Joel had finished changing out my flat and topping it off with air to make it perfect. Joel loves his job and it shows. He is the type of employee that makes a company successful and AAA is the type of company that knows how to keep their employees happy. Keep up the great work, AAA! …and thanks again, Joel!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Whoever Kendra is at the sales center delivered the worst service experience I have ever had. Zero enthusiasm, zero empathy, or respect. Avoid at all cost.

Called for towing in Nampa. The tow truck driver called with 2 min of my hanging up the phone with dispatch and he was there in 11 min! Called me personally to let me know. Thank you, Gavin, for being so prompt and so carful with our car. This is why we have had AAA for 40 yrs

For paying as much as we do for our memberships, why aren’t you open 7 days a week? Or at least a weekend day every weekend?
