AAA Manchester Insurance and Member Services

Good luck with AAA in the Seabrook NH location. They use Dana's towing in Hampton nh and they will always make you wait 1-2 hours sometimes I've waited longer. No I don't think I'm the only person in the world but They have a bunch of trucks/ workers and AAA ISNT FREE, I don't understand how a local company can make people wait hours though and it's every single time I've used them. I used AAA in Haverhill before and they were there in 10-15 mins.

A blessing! I have a membership and auto insurance with them, and my mother has them for her house and car. I had to call AAA for an accident on my vehicle, and what an easy process! They are so understanding and helpful. They made it effortless for me. Thank you, AAA; keep it up!

Absolute scam. Customer for 21 years and will be canceling they pulled a switch and bait to charge me extra. This company does not stand behind their mistake and charge the customers instead. I disputed the charge, and they "listened" to the recording agreed their rep said the wrong thing but still think it's ok to charge the customer even though service would not happen if they didn't agree to apply the service to another member on the same account. Their rep explained it wrong and now the customer gets charged but was told it would be covered.

Very fast. Pulled SUV out during snowstorm. Very cordial and made sure car drove fine before leaving. Tow company was contracted.

A barrage of e-mails 50 plus a day led me to contact HQ Fla. however they claim no assistance here-I have been a customer many years-to stop the e-mails leads to a page of 106 possible sources and most were not available for "preferences". The source easily traced and hope they continue to resolve this-they are using your name. Trademark violation?
