AAA Insurance: Johnson Robert

This isn't about AAA, AAA is expensive but it's usually at least worth the quality roadside assistance. Rob, however, is a terrible agent. Our rates would change significantly for reasons that are normal when you get a ticket, but occasionally for other reasons as well. I moved 5 miles and my monthly rate increased by $80 a month (due to redlining), it would at least have been courteous for Rob to send something in the mail or awesome to get a call, but I got notified by mail a month after the money came out of our account which is frustrating. Rob is never good about explaining things and when you do call him his goal is usually to get you off the phone as quickly as he can and telling you not to worry or its standard. We eventually switched car insurance because it was time to move to a

Rob is by far the best insurance agent around. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and have the best rate possible. I definitely, recommend him! You will not be disappointed.
