AAA Conway Insurance and Member Services

AAA deducted my premiums after I canceled my insurance. I’m sure it was a paperwork error and I understand. The problem though is that I’ve been waiting six months for my refund. The communication with Mr. Shepard has been unsatisfactory. He has only returned one of the three emails I’ve sent him all he basically said was how much he prides himself on good communication. Judging by his email etiquette, that is not true. My husband has called and text Mr. Sheard but the communication stopped after the reasonable amount of time for a company to refund money had passed. We’ve given him six months of patience and understanding. In the past, my husband would reach out to Mr. Pruitt and things were handled immediately. No need for anyone else to be involved. Agent Kenneth Williams in the Conway, AR office helped me this morning. He was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I appreciate him so much for taking care of just what we needed today!

Horrible customer service. Attempt to keep billing you even after contract has expired. They keep billing my deceased mother for "coverage" beyond the expiration of the contract. You'll get better coverage from "Guido" who only offers personal protection!
