AAA Central Penn

I needed my car to get registered from out of state on a Saturday, and Matthew at AAA on Trindle was such a joy at 9am in the morning haha! I was in and out within 15 minutes with the new registration and license plate!

Went for IdentoGo finger printing. Admittedly, arrived 3 minutes late. Signed in, yet four people were called ahead of us. Made the fingerprint lady aware, and twice she said I was never signed in…which is not correct. When confronted about this, they all had the same “deer in the headlights” look. Utter incompetence.

Working with Ryan has been a game changer for our family. I had all my questions answered. Ryan is very knowledgeable and looks out for us small business owners. Thank you Ryan and your team!!

i live in an apartment complex. driver got a service call for my neighbor but broke into my car instead. luckily my room mate let me know someone was in my car. called the police and report has been filed but stated since it was driver error and not malicious, no charges. no apologizes from the driver. since there is no way to file a direct complaint to AAA, just leaving this here.

I waited 1/2 hour if not more on the phone waiting for a AAA agent to answer the phone and assist me. If they are working remotely they are not doing their jobs, they have turned their phones off or they are goofing off, maybe shopping when they should be working. Bad customer service. I give them a 0
