I hope they new employees and manager were better than the last. One of the prior male employees didnt understand what I wanted and screwed me over with autopay that continued. The agency wouldn't dispute the money, so my bank attempted. I reached out to the OLD manager multiple times. In the end, she vanished and never called me back over the course of 8 months, ended up not returning calls after she returned, and then left the agency. 2 of 5 stars due to hoping these new employees can do the job right.

Been with AAA for 17 years. Terrible experience with auto claim. Recommend shopping hard for local agent you can look in the eyes and meet with.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They have a genuine working knowledge of everything automotive and provide all the answers you need when traveling at home or abroad. I went in for an International Driving Permit and the whole process was completed in about 5 minutes. Much appreciated!

I been with this company for 6 years no tickets or accidents. My rates continues to rise every 6 months. Just for driving my car. Never heard of a company that penalize you for driving. I guess they figured if you don’t drive your car we will leave your rates the same. If you do drive just maybe you will have an accident and cause us money so In turn let’s raise your rates just in case. Terrible way of doing business. No rewards for being a safe driver!

Greg Farrow has been our agent for home and auto for over a decade and he has helped us through several calamities, including a plumbing-related flood, and big purchases, most recently replacing our roof. He always provides excellent advice and recommendations. We were so grateful for his guidance step by step through the claim process with the flood.
