If I could give the location zero stars I would. The staff handling Identigo's services seemed somewhat clueless when it came to my paperwork and getting my fingerprints done, which didn't happen. I made an appointment that was unfulfilled. I was also referred to UPS store which happened to be beyond nice and helpful. I got more help from UPS and the person working there that they even called Identigo to check about my electronic fingerprinting. I called AAA to speak to the Indentigo rep who happened to be at lunch about everything and the front desk receptionist was rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain what was going on. The worst decision I’ve ever made was switching my auto insurance to this company. It has been a complete nightmare. From day 1 it has been nothing but miscommunication on their end. My bill changes monthly. Sales representative isn’t responsive and has told many lies in attempts to earn my business. I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company to anyone.
