AAA Allentown Insurance and Member Services

I would like to acknowledge a Battery Tech by the name of Rafael Perez who had come to help me today with my 2012 Jetta.. I had just returned back to the Lehigh Valley for my father funeral services and my car would not turn over.. I had gotten a lot of work recently done to it and did not think upon my return I would have had any issues.. He had come out to help with a jump … he was unable to get it to register.. which meant my battery was completely drained.. he helped to remove it and suggested to take it to a local Auto Zone as they would have that kind of charger and time needed for that charge.. When I returned back to Auto zone.. I was told that the battery wouldn’t charge.. I had to get a whole new battery.. Rafael had told me he would assist me if I needed help.. and he had.. This

Poor customer service unwilling to do anything to help resolve my issue. We called the AAA 800 number and signed up earlier this week we haven't received our cards yet. I'm leaving on a trip and I wanted to pick up my free map. I called and asked if they can look up our AAA membership and they said yes, but when I arrived they weren't showing a AAA membership for us, even though we signed up over the main number and our credit card has already been charged for the cost. I gave them every phone number, our address and name and everything and the y still can't find us as AAA members. So they refused to give me a map. I offered to pay for the map to avoid a trip back and was still refused. There was a complete lack of concern on their part, they could not care less. This all could have been a

Had an amazing experience getting insurance for my van at this location, Carlos Alverez helped my wife and I tremendously, he was very helpful and informative, honestly my day started out bad but after meeting with Carlos he completely turned my day around. I don't think I want to ever go to any other insurance company or deal with any other insurance agent ever again! Thank you so much for your help!

Where do I start. Signed up for home and auto insurance along with membership. Month later a letter shows up stating insurance will be ending in 3 weeks ,for some unknown reason and to call to rectify. Called number listed and left messages morning and night for a week. No response. Called office and 1800#. Put on hold and hung up on several times. Eventually found out my home insurance was already canceled a week ago without my knowledge. At which point I got insurance from USAA. Tried several times to cancel auto policy through AAA was hung up several times again after being on hold forever. Never again. Thanks

Traveling to Germany soon, they were helpful to find the right phone adaptor. Also, the two women helping me informed me that I needed an international driver's license permit. Within 5 minutes they took my picture and produced the permit. Thank you AAA. I appreciate your service.
