My State Farm insurance for both my car and home, was being handled by Zonya Autmon for more than 2 years now and they have such excellent customer service! I needed to set up a home owner’s insurance recently and Larry Maurice Peaks helped me with it. He displayed exceptional professionalism and maintained great communication throughout the process. His friendly, kind and patient demeanour makes him so easy to talk to and work with. He went out of his way to keep me informed and updated, and repeatedly reached out and stayed patient with a roof work completion proof, that took longer than expected, for the underwriters to approve the insurance rate.
