Herring & Bickers Insurance

My brother gave me Kelly Davis’s information at Herring & Bickers when I was searching for new car insurance (was paying WAY too much per month), and he was simply stellar. Patiently answered every question I had (quickly!) and walked me through the process of switching companies. Great to work with and would highly recommend.

This morning I emailed Kelly Davis, our agent at Herring and Bickers in Durham, to open a claim. Erie Insurance contacted me within an hour! I’m very impressed with them. I was a first time car owner and needed to get insurance after having experienced an accident. I had so many questions, but my agent, Jeremy, stepped in to answer every one. He and the whole office have been incredibly supportive and responsive since last year. Could not have made it without them! They never turn me away when I want clarity and are really great to work with. I feel like I am in great hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new plan.

We had a new property with some very tricky aspects to insure where we talked to what felt like every national brand insurer, so here's the scoreboard: Time spent on the phone with those other insurers and brokers with no success where we felt our closing was at risk: ~10 hrs. Time spent with Blaine at Herring & Bickers: ~15 minutes and reading an email the next day to know we'd be able to close, then a few quick follow-ups to get it all done. Oh, and the rates were reasonable, too! Could not recommend him/them more strongly. I'd give a 6th star if I could.
