​I’ve been with Carmen Ritz State Farm for over 10 years now, and they’ve always been reliable. We recently had to file a claim for water damage, and Hannah was instrumental in the process. She handled everything professionally and ensured our claim got to the adjuster promptly. She has made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Highly recommend this team!

I reached out to transfer my policy to NC. I spoke with Rayna, who was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had several questions and I was unsure about policy questions. Rayna pleasantly explained each option and she was so incredibly kind. It’s refreshing to speak with someone that is patient, kind and helpful. I’m so glad I chose Carmen Ritz Starr Farm as her staff is phenomenal.

Woke up to a dead battery and used my StateFarm app to have someone dispatched to give me a jump. James was amazing. Reached out to give me his ETA and was prompt. Jumped my car in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way to pick up a new battery. Keeping his card for future services as I need them! I’ve always had a great experience with Carmen and her State Farm team as well!

We are loyal State Farm customers in Texas--but needed apartment and car insurance in NC -and The Carmen Ritz Agency has always been amazing---since call #1 back in 2022---and it's almost 2026 and we just renewed insurance for another apartment. Can not say enough great things about the customer service- Marisela, Hannah and Kendra have been flawless in their help over the years! Great company/even better agency!
