I’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years, and they have consistently provided excellent service and support. From auto to home coverage, they’ve always been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, their team has gone above and beyond to make things simple and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly values long-term customers, but State Farm absolutely does. Highly recommend!

Franci is incredible! I have had State Farm for over 15 years and they have always felt like family. Franci goes above and beyond answering any questions I might have about my policy. When I recently bought my first home she helped me move from renters insurance to home insurance smoothly, and when my car was stolen and totaled, she made things so easy and thoughtless on my part. I will always love State Farm!

I requested Zach to switch my policy to a new agent 60+ days ago… since then I have not been switched and he has doubled my bill. When I finally got ahold of him personally I was told that I never requested to switch and that it was all a miscommunication. Emails and time stamps don’t lie.

I requested that this agent switch my policy to a different agent 60+ days ago. Since then I have NOT been switched to the new agent & I have had my bill DOUBLED. It feels like he did this on purpose because he wanted to make as much as he could before I left. Whenever I confronted him about this he chalked it up to a miscommunication. You can’t miscommunication CLEAR REQUESTS via email.
