I've been with different agents at State Farm before, but was really appreciative of Tyler's transparency and the amount of benefits that he worked into our plan. AND for a lower rate than we were expecting!! He was even patient playing phone tag with us as we worked around my children's schedules while at home. He responded to text messages when calling wasn't an option, didn't push me on the extras I didn't care about (although it was nice to know there are other benefits), and had amazing follow through every step of the way! We are so pleased!
