My agent at Toms agency was Tyler. He was competitive and willing to do what it took in order to find my fiancé and I the best rates one the home we just purchased. On top if that he was able to get us a super low insurance rate on both of our vehicles. 10/10 recommend using Tom Bax and his group!!

I have had an account with American Family since 1993. I follow Lisa whom is working for Tom Baxter as of right now. She is the nicest most well informed agents assistant that you will ever meet. If you are looking to have great service open up an account with Tom Baxter’s office. You will not be disappointed. Please ask for Lisa she is the best.

Not great at communicating or even knowledgeable on their policies. I wanted to maintain full coverage on my vehicle after a total loss and the guy was just talking circles unable to answer any of my questions. So I call again on another day and spoke with someone else. They requested pictures of the vehicle after repairs, and now I am able to fully insure my vehicle again. But I had to call in and follow up to make sure, again. I was also never contacted or given any information on what would happen to my vehicle or what my options were regarding policy and coverage after the total loss. I was only contacted by the adjusters throughout the process. You would think that would be a normal part of their workflow but I guess not.

I'll start by saying I have been with Tom and his agency for multiple years now, for many different things. Tom is a fantastic agent and very open with prices and all of the available discounts. The responsiveness of him and his team is unmatched, and they are always willing to help at a moments notice. couldn't be happier with Tom as my agent. Highly recommended for someone looking to find a great agent to build a nice relationship with.

I have been with American Family for over 40 years and they have always treated me fairly. Last year my insurance went up drastically. I paid the bill because I have always been very pleased with this company. This year, it went up another $100. I called and talked to Lisa who took the time to listen to everything I had to say, she went the extra mile, called the home office and got the insurance back down to what it should be.
