Yvonne Burton - State Farm Insurance Agent

The office manager, Vanessa, took the time to explain my options for coverage. I was not sure what type of coverage I needed, but I ended up with a great quote. I definitely recommend this agency for your car insurance.

Very satisfied. I have been with State Farm for about 8 years and have never had an issue with Yvonne Burton or her assistant Vanessa Joya. The service is great over the phone or in person. I highly recommend this office.

This office of State Farm is the absolute WORST!!! They make excuses for any and everything regarding simple answers to request and service inquiries, why they haven't gotton back with you. Vanessa Joya is rude and unprofessional, and Yvonne Burton, the Insurance Agent, backs up her behavior! I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an answer regarding additonal fees on my car insurance...Vanessa said she would call me(it's been over 2 wks).... Haven't heard a word. No call back, no answers...this is the regular work ethic in this ofice!!! I'm SOOOO unhappy I moved my policies here. I've been a State Farm policy holder 25+ years, and NEVER have I had SO many problems with my policies!!! DO NOT deal with this office of State Farm!! I'm definitely transfering out of this nightmare of a State Farm

Love the service they provide. I’ve made a few changes over the last couple weeks to my insurance plans. Ms Joya was very patient and understanding, was able o give me the best option for my new policy.

Since I first signed up for state farm with Yvonne, I have not been able to get a hold of her once the whole year. She never returned my calls, except on one occasion in which a secretary left me a message and then never responded again to my call-back. Furthermore, within a month after enrolling me she has been illegally charging me more for an accident that never happened (I even requested the records she supposedly reviewed to show that). I would sue if it did not cost so much time and money to do... I'm trying to get out of it now, but it's hard when I cannot even contact the insurance agent! This state farm neighbor is NOT there...
