AAA Pasadena Insurance and Member Services

AAA Auto Club of Southern California left us (three seniors, two dogs and a cat) stranded for nearly 5 hours in ~90°F heat in Calexico, CA after a failed AAA battery under warranty. They repeatedly sent a contractor who couldn’t replace the battery, even though he said AAA knew he couldn’t do it. We had to buy a battery and pay a local shop ourselves. AAA later offered only partial reimbursement and has never meaningfully acknowledged the safety risk or explained what they’ve done to fix the problem. This experience completely broke my trust in AAA.

Alma at AAA - Pasadena was amazing in planning a trip of a lifetime to Ireland. She was so patient and accommodating with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond and I will certainly use her again and recommend her to other customers. Thank you Alma for being so friendly, professional and helpful from beginning to end!

The insurance agent (Mark Young) did not help me, bad customer service and rude. Zero star really. Very lazy and incompetent people work for AAA.

Outstanding service and value. Saved a bundle on car, renters and earthquake policies. Surprised to wait in a slow line (20 minutes) for getting vehicle tags, but still better than going to the DMV.

I was there in the morning and the wait was maybe 5 min.... very nice! The receptionist was very friendly and assisted me with energy! My regret is not getting her name. Now Miesha Moore finished taking care of me, she was friendly and was very thorough. Clear and patient. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Lots of parking as well!
