State Farm: Jonette Phillips

Previously, I entered a one star review about State Farm, Jonette Phillips. However, I would like to retract my last review. I became frustrated with the opposing Insurance company due to lack of communication. After a through understanding of the process and the due diligence of Ignacio and Jonette, I realized they were doing their absolute best to resolve the situation. As a result, I am totally pleased with the outcome and would recommend State Farm, Jonette Phillips without hesitation.

Something must've changed with this company / office. Been with State Farm for several years now with no issues until recently Our rates keep going up with no explanation. Our rates went up almost $100 in 2 months. Our earthquake insurance, we would pay the premium and we would keep getting refunded and then we get a notice that our policy was canceled. Called them up, and asked what's going on and they couldn't explain it. Customer service is the worst now. Ignacio was my original rep that helped me out in the beginning , not sure what happened to him but he was the only rep that had great customer service, and already knew who was calling in when I needed something.

I've been with State Farm for many years. We have been with Jonette since we moved back to California in 2013. Her office is the best! I've had great service provided by her staff over the years. Thank You Jonette, Ignacio and team. You are appreciated!

I’ve been with Jonette Phillips’ StateFarm agency for over 6 years now and I’ve always been treated as family. Their customer service is superb and I’ve never had a complaint. You will be well taken care of with them. My main agent there is Ignacio G. And he is an insurance wizard and can hook you up with the best coverage for the best price. I will 100% use their services for the rest of my life.

Every time when I called the office with questions regarding any of our policies whether it’s about premium or other issues, Ignacio has been the top notch person who answers the phone and helps me accomplish the task. Michelle and Merced both have also been great to talk to in helping with your needs. Finding a GOOD insurance company to work with is all about the service provided to the customers when we need their help.
