I've had ongoing issues with my insurance policy not being renewed, despite my numerous efforts to resolve it. I've made repeated calls to get everything sorted out, but I've never heard anything back from Lori or received the support I needed. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Since they moved to the greenbriar space its been nothing but MESS. No one answers the phone i got lied to about a policy that i renewed and they dont seem to care at all....This company is going to shhhhhhhh fast. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR NEEDS

Started services a year ago with them they were great I don’t know if they are selling their company or what but I never see me young they never answer the phone when you go there the office staff looks right at you won’t talk to you answer door anything they say their moving I literally had to go stand infront of the office and call to get an answer very unprofessional I’ve been dealing with Ms Lori Kelley

I have yet to do business with this company but I was referred to them by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
